Well I didn't start my headboard this weekend, BUT I did buy some paint. I painted one wall and decided it wasn't the color I was hoping for. GRRRR. I know I've decided on the color scheme for our bedroom, but I saw this bedding tonight and well...I'm on a detour. I just love the ethnic print and the color scheme. Why can't I make up my mind??!!!
I really like the pattern. It's different and I guess somewhat soothing. I like all of the detail in the pattern and the curveture of the red arch.

ReplyDeleteThe paint was supposed to be a light gray color, but it turned out to be a light blue! I should have bought a sample size instead of a gallon :). Yeah I do really like the bedding. It is a bit pricey, but maybe I could spend less on other things in the room.
ReplyDeleteWhen I painted Kellen's room, I wanted a very light blue. I did some "research" and chose a "gray" color. It is weird how the gray looks light blue. I'm so sorry... we should have communicated! I am so excited to hear about what you decide though!

ReplyDeleteyou can take fabric or something with the color you want for the walls and they can match it at Lowes...just in case you're still trying to decide on paint.
